Restaurant Avondale is the third restaurant concept from acclaimed Chef/Owner Thomas Salamunovich.  Chef Thomas Salamunovich's background includes many of the world's finest restaurants and he credits Wolfgang Puck and Paul Bocuse among his mentors.
 

Restaurant Avondale features a West Coast inspired seasonal menu and utilizes time honored cooking methods, such as slow roasting and braising, to create simple dishes rich in flavor. Restaurant Avondale's menu offers a wide range of selections from housemade charcuterie and sausages to hand-tossed pizza. Restaurant Avondale also serves fresh West Coast seafood, handmade pastas, seasonal salads with local produce and succulent braised meat dishes.  Avondale's dessert menu offers 'tastes' for those who would like to indulge in just a small bite, as well as housemade gelatos and artisanal cheeses. The wine list features small production wineries and many half bottle selections. Enjoy a bottle of wine or one of the seasonal signature cocktails in Avondale's Redondo, a cozy nook adjacent to the energetic bar with a firepit table and circular view.

Restaurant Avondale's 70-seat outdoor terrace features several firepits, a full service bar and unmatched views of the Eagle River and Beaver Creek Mountain. Group events are welcome, our versatile dining room or banquet salons offer the perfect venue for your next event.
